Wow! Thanks for the steps. I was wondering how you did the effects (fire, etc.). You only added them during the last stage after the character shadings are finished. I thought you already started adding them in at the pencil/sketch stage.

Although, it appears that you already added the speed blurrs as early as the sketch (Guile/Cammy).
