While growing up, I've always thought that Captain Hook was one of the more Goofier Disney Villains. Quite a Moron, actually. Day 13 brings a Villain to the Draw-a-day challenge over at the sketchtavern. Wasn't home all day, so I managed to get most of this piece done before my midnight deadline.
